As the Concrete Cures
Tom and Dan were our first guests to walk on the new concrete slab which is still a little wet from yesterday's pour.
The BIG Pour
It was a beautiful morning. Dale, Dan and their crew started at 6:30am, finishing the concrete pour around 10:30. Now the big clean up begins. Great job - the floor looks awesome!
Go Fish
Yesterday Elliott met with Steve the engineer to discuss Friday's concrete pour and he gave Dale the base plates for the steel columns. Standing under the ficus tree, he spied a large osprey enjoying his mullet tartar lunch, raining bits of meat and bones on the crew below.
