9.10.11 - Morning Yoga Class

At 9am Wendy and I took a Hatha yoga class with 200 other men and women. Our mats were lined up overlooking the sparkling Sarasota bay on the marble terrace of Ca d'Zan, the home of Mable and John Ringling. There was a brilliant blue, cloudless sky and a light breeze as we did our downward dog, mountain, cobra and warrior poses. Afterwards, feeling stretched, serene and reinvigorated, we sipped latte's in the cafe. A brilliant start to a brilliant day.

9.9.10 - Follow Your Heart
